First planning survey for FanWorks 2020

We have a survey up to help with some early aspects of 2020 con planning (catering, events, vidshows, and fanwork submissions). If you think you might attend FanWorks 2020, you can help us make key decisions about next year's con by filling out the survey here:

The survey includes write-in spaces for panel and vidshow ideas, thoughts on programming and catering, and general comments or suggestions.
(Brainstorming posts for panels & vidshows will go up in February, with submissions following after; putting panel/vidshow ideas in the survey doesn't officially submit or nominate them.)
