Encoding vids on Mojave
Jun. 19th, 2019 10:19 amtrelkezLlamaEnc is not currently compatible with macOS Mojave. If you are using Mojave, please encode your vids to mp4 and upload those files, which our tech team will convert with LlamaEnc for you.
Encoding specifications for all vidders not using LlamaEnc:
video codec: high quality mp4
max frame size: 1920x1080 -- smaller frame sizes okay
max frame rate: 30fps -- frame rates below 30fps okay
audio codec: aac, flac, ac3, or mp3, in stereo
bitrate: 192k or higher
sample rate: 48hz (ideally)
If you have any questions about encoding for vidshows, please email fanworksvidtech@gmail.com. We'll do our best to help with whatever we can, but please be aware that we may not be able to talk vidders through all software/programs.

Submission forms can still be completed and saved, but file uploads won't complete, so please hold off on uploading files for now. Apologies for the inconvenience!
